Fuerteventura | Having fun in the dunes

La Oliva, Las Palmas, Spānija
Hot summer outfit
On the last day, before heading home, we decided to spend almost the whole day in the gorgeous Corralejo Natural park. This park mainly consists of breathtaking white sand dunes that are spread along the coastline of the northern part of Fuerteventura. The park is 2600 hectare big - yep, it was as impressive as it sounds! :) Luckily we decided to have an early start of the day and, therefore, in the morning the sand felt pleasant, whereas in comparison to midday, it felt like hell was unleashed as the sand was burning hot. We surely had tons of fun in the dunes as we also took some cool pictures, sunbathed and had multiple great swims in the ocean. I certainly recommend visiting this park if you find yourself in the northern part of the island, because honestly, a few times while there, I got a feeling that I was somewhere deep in the deserts of Africa. Definitely a surreal experience.
